On Tuesday, the Miami Dolphins announced their 2025 training camp dates.

The team will report back to Baptist Health Training Complex for its initial 2025 training camp date starting on Saturday, July 26.

Miami will hold 10 practices that are open to the public and one “Season Ticket Member Day” on Saturday, August 2. The open camp schedule concludes on August 21 with a joint practice alongside the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The rest of the Dolphins‘ open practice dates are July 28, 29 and 30 and August 1, 3, 6, 19 and 20. Miami fans can sign up for training camp tickets here.

The Dolphins will enter the fourth training camp under head coach Mike McDaniel and have several questions they need to answer leading up to their season opener at the Indianapolis Colts on September 7 at 1 p.m. ET.

At any point from now up to the start of training camp, the Dolphins are expected to deal cornerback Jalen Ramsey. Then, Miami could look to add a veteran free agent in the secondary. Open competitions loom at both cornerback and safety.

Miami has also been in reported trade talks surrounding tight end Jonnu Smith. But, it’s conceivable a deal could be reached before camp begins. Smith’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said recently that the situation is “still fluid.”

Other stories for training camp include an attempted culture and identity change, a popular topic throughout OTAs and minicamp. In what could be a reset or transition year in South Florida, the Dolphins are in need of more and new leadership in a locker room that is skewing younger. Miami’s rookie class has several players who have been identified by coaches and veterans as potential leaders, praising work ethic and professionalism beyond their years.

Miami also welcomes back outside linebacker Bradley Chubb, who missed all of last season following a knee injury in Week 17 of 2023. Chubb joins another Dolphins edge rusher on the comeback trail, linebacker Jaelan Philips.

The duo is set for their first game together since Week 12 of 2023. Alongside those two, second-year linebacker Chop Robinson should help form a fearsome Dolphins pass-rushing trio.
