It’s been a busy week for the Arlington to NFL pipeline. Renegades CB Jayden Price is signing with the New Orleans Saints, following an outstanding campaign in the UFL this past season.

Jayden Price was an offseason addition by GM Rick Mueller, one that was key for this defense. Price ended up starting in all 10 games for Arlington in 2025.
Jayden wrapped up his UFL year with 27 tackles, two TFL’s, and an outstanding 13 PBU’s – leading the league according to Fox Sports. Jayden was all over the field from day one, making an impact in more ways than one.

Price was also the lead kick and punt returner for the Renegades. He had 15 kick returns for 338 yards, with a long of 42 yards. Jayden also returned 20 punts for 193 yards.
Now, Price makes his way to New Orleans – an organization that has been keen on signing UFL athletes. Earlier this week, they brought in Renegades TE Seth Green, alongside Stallions OL Barry Wesley.

This isn’t Jayden’s first rodeo in the NFL. He was picked up by the Atlanta Falcons as an UDFA last year, following an outstanding career at North Dakota State. Price also had a workout with the Denver Broncos earlier this month, alongside his workout with the Saints.

Here’s an interesting note: Randy Mueller (formerly a DPP for the XFL in Seattle, in 2023) is an executive with the Saints now. He’s been a big reason why the Saints have been bringing in UFL athletes. On top of that, Arlington’s GM (Rick) is his brother.
