The Kansas City Chiefs wrapped up the offseason training program on Thursday as the team completed their three-day mandatory minicamp at the team facility.
The minicamp, which operated under “Phase 3” rules and permitted for offensive vs. defensive drills, marked the culmination of a three-month program that sought to prepare the three-time defending AFC champions for the 2025 campaign.
“The guys finished up today with a run [test], and did a nice job with it,” said Head Coach Andy Reid. “[Head Strength and Conditioning Coach / Director of Sports Science] Ryan [Reynolds] has done a good job, along with the players, coaches and the rest of the strength staff, of getting these guys in good shape. It showed today…The guys are looking forward to taking a break, but they’re also looking forward to ramping up for the season and training camp.”
