Caleb Williams has only quarterbacked the Bears for 17 games but he already has a strong opinion on Packers fans.

Attending this year’s Fanatics Fest, the 2024 No. 1 pick revealed that most of the negative experiences he had with fans in his rookie year came courtesy of the Cheeseheads at Lambeau Field. Admitting, “They suck.”
“Probably Green Bay,” Williams explained. “I mean, they suck. After the game, after we won at Lambeau — 1-0 at Lambeau — we tried to do the Lambeau Leap, tried to jump into the crowd where our fans were. [Packers fans] just started throwing everything at you, push you off. The Lambeau Leap, it’s a real leap. It’s not a little baby jump, you actually have to high jump, basically. And they’re pushing you, pushing your face.”
Williams and the Bears went into the Frozen Tundra and beat Green Bay by two to snap their 10-game losing streak and finish the regular season on a relatively high note.
With Ben Johnson now in the fold, Chicago will attempt to improve upon Caleb’s disappointing first season — although his counting stats weren’t bad: 3,541 yards and 20 touchdowns to just six interceptions.

The Bears return to Lambeau in Week 14 next season where the former Heisman Trophy winner will look to remain undefeated against his team’s most hated rival.

Although with comments like these Packers fans will only feel even more emboldened to let Williams know he “sucks” when Chicago makes to the trip up to Titletown on December 20.
