The Houston Texans are one step closer to beginning the 2025 regular season. On Wednesday, the NFL announced report dates for all Texans veterans and rookies as they prepare for DeMeco Ryans’ third season as head coach.

Rookies and veterans will arrive at the Methodist Training Center on July 22. While the complete practice schedule has yet to be released, the Texans announced their joint practice with the Carolina Panthers will take place August 14 ahead of their August 16 preseason matchup at NRG Stadium. Houston also will have a joint practice with the Detroit Lions on will take place August 21 prior to their preseason game at Ford Field.

Training camp is the final stretch going into Week 1 as the Texans look to secure a third division title behind Pro Bowl quarterback C.J. Stroud and a potential top 10 defensive unit.
