Cincinnati Bengals pass-rusher Trey Hendrickson is in the Cincinnati area putting in work ahead of training camp.

Hendrickson was just spotted in a social media post with Patrick Coyne of Black Sheep Performance in Blue Ash, where notable Bengals like Joe Burrow, Drew Sample and others have worked in the past.

The sudden appearance of Hendrickson in the tri-state area doesn’t mean he and the team are about to put ink to paper on a long-term contract extension.

But the fact he’s training ahead of camp as normal before the calendar even turns to July? It’s a pretty good sign…especially when the latest report said the Bengals and Hendrickson have started talking about a contract again.

Bengals fans can be forgiven for taking this as a good sign. Hendrickson used up the last of his very public leverage in the media recently and neither party wants him to miss training camp days, bringing the distraction into the critical stretch before the regular season.
