There is excitement surrounding the Tennessee Titans, centered on a perceived youth movement within the organization, with many members of the past two draft classes slated to take on significant roles in 2025.

With that in mind, one would believe the Titans would have one of the youngest rosters in the NFL. But that assumption would be wrong, at least across the starting line-up.

The team at Sportscasting compiled the ages of their projected 2025 starters, and that group has an average age of 25.81 years, which ties them with the Arizona Cardinals for 24th (9th-oldest) in the NFL.

Six of the eight teams with older projected starters than the Titans are NFC teams, meaning the Titans will have to face younger teams most of the season. Although the Houston Texans are older coming in with an average age of 26.08 years, they land 28th on the list.

In contrast, division rivals the Jacksonville Jaguars will have the second-youngest group of projected starters heading into the 2025 season, and the Indianapolis Colts come in 14th on the list.

Currently, no data is available outlining who exactly the group used as the projected starters, so this could easily change once training camp starts and some of the rookies work their way up the depth chart.
