Just a few months ago, fans of Taylor Swift, the girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, and Claire Kittle, the wife of San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle, were at odds with each other.
Things popped off back at the end of December when one zealous 49ers fan wrote on X: “Taylor Swift can be a billionaire, but she will never have Claire Kittle aura” in reference to a video of Claire arriving to San Francisco’s Week 17 “Monday Night Football” matchup against the Detroit Lions.
That singular tweet started a social media feud between Swifties and 49ers fans, but it seems like things may be squashed for good after Swift was photographed several times over the last few days with Claire as both were in town with their respective partners, who were participating in Tight End University.

TEU was started a few years ago by Kelce, Kittle and former Pro Bowler-turned-NFL broadcaster Greg Olen as a way for tight ends to train and collaborate together to help younger players become better.
Swift accompanied Kelce at the TEU welcome party, and was even seen partying with Kittle and Claire Tuesday night during the Tight End and Friends concert at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville.

Later in the night, Swift took the stage and played an impromptu acoustic version of her song “Shake It Off,” which went viral on social media.
On Wednesday, video emerged of Kittle sharing his thoughts on Swift and her lauded performance.
“Taylor could not have been kinder, more nice,” Kittle said. “She said, ‘You know, it might be fun to go sing ‘Shake It Off,’’ and we said, ‘It’d be amazing’ — twist my arm, Taylor, please. So that one worked. She was fantastic. For the venue—I think it was like maybe 1,000 people—that was the loudest 1,000 people I ever heard in my entire life. It was an incredible experience. I think everybody had fun watching that one.”
Kittle, who signed a four-year, $76.4 million contract extension with the 49ers this offseason, and his wife appear to have made a new friend in Swift, who has seemingly been glued to Kelce’s side this offseason before he gears up for his 13th NFL season.
Chiefs fans can expect to see a lot more of Swift as Page Six reported a few months ago that she’s expected to attend as many of Kelce’s games as possible in 2025.
