Earlier this month, Trevor Sikkema of Pro Football Focus revealed his rankings of the top 32 quarterback/wide receiver/tight end duos in the NFL — one for each team.
Sikkema has Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix and Courtland Sutton ranked No. 23, making them a bottom-ten duo on PFF’s list.
“Nix enjoyed a great rookie season, with a 73.8 PFF passing grade and an 81.2 PFF rushing grade,” Sikkema wrote for PFF. “He earned a 79.2 PFF passing grade when targeting Sutton, but with just an 85.4 passer rating and eight big-time throws to six turnover-worthy plays.”
Elsewhere in the AFC West, Justin Herbert and Ladd McConkey (Los Angeles Chargers) are ranked No. 11, Patrick Mahomes and Rashee Rice (Kansas City Chiefs) are ranked No. 13 and Geno Smith and Brock Bowers (Las Vegas Raiders) are ranked No. 20.
