The Los Angeles Rams have added a fourth quarterback to their roster this offseason. The Rams already have a talented quarterback room featuring starter Matthew Stafford, back up Jimmy Garoppolo and third-string Stetson Bennett, who spent most of the 2024 season on the practice squad.

Quarterback Dresser Winn has signed with Los Angeles and is joining the Rams’ quarterback room again. Winn played in the UFL during the spring with the Memphis Showboats. He started four games and passed for 834 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions on 137 attempts. He also rushed for 52 yards and one touchdown.

Winn has had multiple different stints with the Rams after playing college football at UT Martin. He will again compete for the third-string quarterback role with former Georgia Bulldogs star Stetson Bennett. Bennett won the job over Winn last year, but will have to compete with Winn again this preseason and throughout training camp.

Winn has never made the Rams’ 53-man roster and never been promoted from the Rams’ practice squad, but he has experience in Los Angeles’ system and got some critical game experience during the spring.

The Rams’ 2025 training camp will be held in Los Angeles from July 24-Aug. 3. Los Angeles has three preseason games this year and opens the preseason on Saturday, Aug. 9 at 7:00 p.m. ET against the Dallas Cowboys.
