Shanahan’s run scheme is perhaps the best in the league. McVay has had to transform his offense. Once high-flying with the passing attack, he changed gears and made the offense run heavy. He is considering using two tight end sets more in 2025, which is a vast change from years prior, has he uses three wide receivers more than anyone.
Petzing scripts well and has a great running game, but there are questions as to whether he can be creative enough with dynamic receivers.
Kubiak, with the Saints previously, had an offense that scored 91 points in the first two weeks and then things fell apart. He had to deal with Spencer Rattler and Jake Haener starting games last season. Now he will prove his worth with Sam Darnold in his first season with the Seahawks.
