We’ve got 71 days to go until the New Orleans Saints open their 2024 regular season against the Arizona Cardinals, so we’re counting down the days by looking back on every player to wear the corresponding jersey number for the black and gold.

Ryan Ramczyk is the best player to ever put it on for New Orleans, but he was forced into an early retirement due to a degenerative knee condition. Ramczyk’s accomplishments include three spots on the All-Pro team and recognition on the PFWA All-Rookie Team in 2017. That’s plenty to be proud of. His successor, rookie left tackle Kelvin Banks Jr., has big shoes to fill.
