For the past two years, we at Seahawks Wire have been tracking the Seattle Seahawks‘ all-time records against every team in the NFL. It is important, we feel, to keep an updated log of Seattle’s history and how they stack up with other squads in the league. We are resuming this ongoing series with updated records headed into the 2025 season.

We are over halfway done in this series. We have covered all NFC divisions – West, East, South and North – and have already covered the AFC South, since those are teams the Seahawks are paired with in 2025. Heading back to the AFC, we look to the East. In 2024, Seattle was matched with this division and did fairly well overall. It is not often the Seahawks meet these teams on the field, and they’re always an interesting matchup.

Most recent outcome: October 27th, 2024 – the Buffalo Bills humiliated the Seahawks in Seattle to the tune of 31-10. It was a stark reminder there was still a considerable gap between the Seahawks and the true contenders of the league.

All-time record: Miami leads the series 10-7

Regular season: Miami leads the series 8-6Postseason: Miami is 2-1 against Seattle in the playoffs, but the Seahawks did claim their first ever road playoff win in franchise history over the Dolphins.

Longest win streak: both teams have won three-straight games against each other. The Seahawks are currently on their streak, which dates back to September of 2016.

Most recent outcome: September 22nd, 2024 – the Seahawks easily dispatched a Dolphins team that started their second and third string quarterbacks with a 24-3 victory.

All-time record: Seattle leads the series 11-9

Regular season: Seattle leads the series 11-8Postseason: New England is 1-0 over Seattle in the pl… you already know what this one is.

Longest win streak: the Seahawks won five-straight games over the Patriots between September 1989 and October 1993.

Most recent outcome: September 15th, 2024 – the Seahawks escape Foxboro with a narrow 23-20 victory over the Patriots in overtime. Seattle trailed 20-17 in the fourth quarter.

All-time record: Seattle leads the series 14-8

Regular season: Seattle leads the series 14-8Postseason: N/A

Longest win streak: the Seahawks won the first seven meetings between these teams from November 1977 and September 1983. Currently, Seattle has won the last six games against the Jets dating back to December 2008.

Most recent outcome: December 1st, 2024 – the Seahawks overcome a 21-7 deficit to defeat the Jets 26-21. Sloppy special teams put Seattle in a hole early, but a pick-six by Leonard Williams sparked the comeback.
