EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – As the NFL’s top 100 rolls out, El Paso native and current Minnesota Viking Aaron Jones found himself amongst those listed.

The running back completed the best season of his career during the 2024 season to earn the number 98 spot. Jones collected 1,546 all purpose yard and seven touchdowns in his first year with the Vikings. He set a personal high 255 rush attempts recording 1,138 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Jones also caught 51 passes for 408 yards and two touchdowns.

Jones is one of ten running backs to record more than 1,100 last season and one of two rushers to also catch more than 50 passes.

This is Jones’ 4th time of the NFL Top 100.

The UTEP alum will return to the Vikings after resigning with Minnesota during the offseason, anticipating much of the backfield to run through him.
