Key Dates for the 2025 Georgia high school football season

Later this month, Georgia high school football fall camps will open across the state. The first day of contact will be July 28.

Below, you can see the key dates for the 2025 season. However, the Georgia High School Association hasn’t released the dates for the state championships at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons.

Since returning to the NFL team’s stadium, the Georgia high school football championships have been played mid-week. The state semifinals are set for December 5.
