Who’s wearing it now: G Dylan Parham
Parham was the Raiders selection in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. And seeing as the Raiders had no selections in the first two round because of the trade to acquire Davante Adams, Parham was their top draft pick that year. He has been a full time starter since day one, first at left guard, then at right guard. This offseason, he has been back at left guard with the first team. This is the final year of his rookie contract and he will have competition from rookie Caleb Rogers as well as Jordan Meredith, a undrafted free agent who also joined the team in 2022.

Who wore it best: G Gabe Jackson
In a 2014 draft that touted top pick Khalil Mack and Derek Carr in the first two rounds, perhaps the biggest find was Jackson in the third round. Both Mack and Carr were no-brainer picks at the top of the first and second round. But landing Jackson in the third was accomplishing something.
Jackson would spent seven seasons with the Raiders. Despite never being named to a Pro Bowl, he was consistently considered one of the better guards in the league. He started a total of 99 games in a Raiders uniform before being traded to the Seahawks in 2021 at the age of 30.
