Former Buffalo Bills cornerback and return specialist Terrence McGee will be the Legend of the Game for Buffalo’s game on Sunday afternoon against the New York Jets.

McGee is from Texas but still visits Buffalo about once a month and does not feel like he has ever left.

“I still watch the games, I even was around the game when George Wilson did his,” McGee said. “It kind of feels like I really never left, but it will feel good to be out in front of the crowd, be on the field.”

McGee was drafted by the Bills in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. The defensive back and return specialist still holds records for the Buffalo Bills in career kickoff return yards (5,450), return touchdowns (5), longest kickoff return touchdown (104), most career fumble return yards (106) and most passes defended (99).

“I enjoyed my time there,” McGee said. “When it was time to renegotiate my contract, I knew I didn’t want to leave… I just remember guys like George Wilson, we had some good leaders on the team. George was one of them. London Fletcher… Troy Vincent was there… So I had a, I think I played with a lot of great guys, even though it didn’t show record-wise, I enjoyed being around these guys, these talented players.”
