Oluwafemi Oladejo was not a top-50 pick in the 2025 NFL draft. The Tennessee Titans might have gotten a steal. It’s early in his transition to the NFL, but Oladejo has impressed the Titans so extensively that the organization thinks he has a much higher ceiling than a mid-second-round pick might suggest. Titans Wire has more on this:

“Head coach Brian Callahan did discuss increasing the reps for the younger guys to help speed up their development, so taking first-team reps could be an anomaly. But defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson did say they were throwing everything at the young player during media sessions and that he was excited about what he saw.

“However, if this report on him receiving first-team reps is accurate and he has earned them, this could be huge for the Titans’ defense in 2025. There is no denying Oladejo’s infectious demeanor and elite traits. Still, he was undeveloped as an edge player with only one season at the position, and many scouts thought he would need some seasoning before hitting his stride. This will be something to keep an eye on once training camp arrives.”

The Titans pushed Oluwafemi Oladejo hard in minicamp. They also gave him a lot of concepts and assignments to test his football IQ and his ability to adjust on the fly. Early reports indicate Oladejo passed these early tests with flying colors. Training camp is just a few weeks away. The Titans really do think they have hit the jackpot with the UCLA star.
