As we lead up to the start of training camp for the Arizona Cardinals, we take a look at the players and position groups in the NFC West, ranking them. We have looked at the quarterbacks and running backs so far.

The division has many quality wide receivers. Between the Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks, there is high-end talent.

Below we rank the top six receivers in the NFC West. See who is at the top and how many Cardinals players make the cut.

Some players didn’t make the cut. San Francisco’s Jauan Jennings, who almost reached 1,000 yards in 2024 didn’t quite make it. Neither did new Seahawks receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling or Arizona’s Michael Wilson.

1. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seahawks

Smith-Njigba broke out in 2024 with 100 receptions for 1,130 yards and six touchdowns. His play allowed for Seattle to cut Tyler Lockett and trade DK Metcalf.

He had the best season of all the NFC West receivers and stayed healthy.

2. Davante Adams, Rams

Adams over Puka Nacua? Adams missed three games and played between two teams and still had a great season, catching 85 passes for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns. While Nacua is a guy to move around and create opportunities for him, Adams is a true ‘X’ receiver, a guy who can be counted on to just win one-on-one battles. Pairing him with Matthew Stafford? That will be exciting.

3. Puka Nacua, Rams

After his record-breaking rookie season in 2023, he missed six games last season and finished with 79 catches for 990 yards and three touchdowns.

With Cooper Kupp now no longer with the team, Nacua can fill the role he played, while Adams plays outside.

4. Brandon Aiyuk, 49ers

He is coming back from a major knee injury, but he is another true alpha receiver on the outside. He had 75 receptions for 1,342 yards in 2023. If healthy in 2025, he gives the 49ers a major threat.

5. Marvin Harrison Jr., Cardinals

Harrison’s rookie season was not as good as most expected, but it was still solid with 62 catches for 885 yards and eight scores. Everyone expects a big jump in 2025. If he approaches his ceiling, what Adams and Aiyuk have done in their careers is a real possibility.

6. Cooper Kupp, Seahawks

Kupp, now on the Seahawks following his release from the Rams, has seen his production decline for three straight years after his 2021 season when he was the Offensive Player of the Year and won the receiving triple crown, leading the NFL in receptions, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.

He has missed at least five games for three straight years. In 12 games last year, he had 67 receptions, 710 yards and six scores.

His career and production when healthy put him ahead of the guys that missed the cut.
