The report highlights the team’s strong workplace environment, with players expressing appreciation for the leadership of owner Steve Bisciotti, general manager Eric DeCosta, and head coach John Harbaugh.

Despite the positive feedback, players have suggested several areas for improvement, including larger and more functional lockers, upgraded hot and cold tubs, and enhanced communication with their families throughout the season.

The Ravens received a C+ for the treatment of families, ranking 17th. Players noted the provision of daycare and a family room during home games, but expressed a desire for better communication between the team and their families.

In terms of food and dining, the team earned a B, with players rating the taste and freshness of their food highly. The dining area received an 8.61 out of 10, placing it 16th among NFL teams.

The nutritionist and dietician services were rated B, with 81% of players receiving individualized nutrition plans. However, the team ranked 21st in this category.

The locker room received a B- grade, with 68% of players feeling they have enough room in their individual lockers. The training room also earned a B-, with players noting adequate full-time trainers and physical therapists, but insufficient hot and cold tub space.

The training staff was rated B-, with players feeling they receive enough one-on-one training treatment, though the staff’s contribution to overall success was ranked low.

The weight room and strength coaches both received B+ grades, with players appreciating the quality of equipment and individualized training plans.

Team travel was rated A-, with 95% of players feeling comfortable on flights. Older players appreciated the flexibility of staying at home before home games.

Head coach John Harbaugh received a B, with 75% of players feeling he is efficient with their time. However, his receptiveness to feedback ranked 25th among league coaches.

Owner Steve Bisciotti received an A for his commitment to the team, with players praising his willingness to invest in facilities and contribute to a positive team culture.

The Ravens have consistently improved in the NFLPA report card each of the past few seasons, increasing rankings from 17th in 2023 to 15th in 2024 before landing a Top 13 spot this year.
