The Priest Holmes Foundation is sending support to those affected by the floods in the Hill Country.

Two semi-trucks full of food stuffs and other goods will arrive in the Kerrville area this Saturday.

Priest is the former Kansas City Chiefs All Pro Running Back who’s always called San Antonio home, but this tragedy touched his heart even further when the owners of his former team, the Hunt Family, lost a loved one in the flooding.

Priest also received help from his friends on the relief project, including another San Antonio-area guy, Jarveon Williams, who works with the NFL Players Association.

Priest tells Maximum Sports the Chiefs organization is sending down some of its former players to help distribute the necessities this weekend.
