The Steelers had a fantastic 2025 draft haul — but if you asked Fox Sports, it doesn’t matter unless the murky QB situation is fixed soon.

In the latest Fox Sports power rankings, written by David Helman, Pittsburgh ranked just one spot above the Browns at an abysmal 30th in the league — only two spots from being considered the worst team in the NFL. Helman defended his placement of the Steelers below:

“If Aaron Rodgers signs with Pittsburgh, we can adjust this ranking accordingly. All we know right now is that the Steelers have the worst quarterback room in the league. There’s talent all over the roster, and that could keep this team competitive. But it’s hard to take them seriously without an upgrade under center.”

While Helman is correct that the Steelers may have one of the worst QB rooms in the NFL right now, the ranking fails to account for the strong WR duo of DK Metcalf and George Pickens, an elite, newly revamped defense, and a rising young offensive line poised for a breakout in 2025.

Curiously enough, if Rodgers signs with the Steelers as expected, where will Fox Sports rank the Steelers in their next power rankings?
