The rap legend and unofficial president of Raider Nation, Ice Cube, is embracing the Las Vegas Raiders‘ new minority owner, former seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback Tom Brady.
It’s never a bad thing to be associated with the greatest winner in NFL history, even if his actual contributions remain a mystery. No one expects Brady to be in the actual trenches working to turn the Raiders’ franchise around, but he should be around for a suggestion or two if the team needs it.

“I mean Tom, I think he’s a winner. I don’t know how much he really can do, you know? But add a lot of suggestions to the suggestion box,” Cube said in a recent social media upload from Games with Names.
It’s worth noting that the New England Patriots are slated to host their season-opener against the Las Vegas Raiders in Foxborough on September 7. That will come nearly a full month after Brady’s statue is scheduled to be unveiled outside of Gillette Stadium.
There could be more camera cuts to the press box than a Taylor Swift-attended Kansas City Chiefs game for that matchup.
