Packers quarterback Jordan Love talks at AmFam Championship in Madison

The Packers quarterback is a brand ambassador for American Family Insurance.

Jordan Love has worked with many brands in recent years as the starting quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.

His latest collab and the location of the promotion might have made the most sense.

On his wedding day, he showed off Pizza Hut’s new “Lover’s Line,” called the Hut Lover’s Pizza.

Love and pro volleyball player Ronika Stone were married last month at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in southern California, with the Pacific Ocean serving as the picturesque backdrop.

Love previously said having In-N-Out Burgers were a must at this wedding. And a food truck serving the popular burgers was provided to hungry guests.

But what’s a wedding weekend without some late-night pizza? And with Pizza Hut introducing its new limited-time deal with “Love” part of the name, it was a touchdown of a partnership, if we say so ourselves.

As Pizza Hut said on social media in the promotion, “It really was love at first slice.”

Love and Stone showed off the pizza boxes and held up Pizza Hut-themed “Just Married” signs.

Oh, and we must add that Ronika was awfully bold in having a slice in her white gown. She scored in the execution.

Hut Lover’s Pizzas are large pizzas and include Spicy Hawaiian Lover’s, Meat Lover’s, Pepperoni Lover’s and Veggie Lover’s. They’re priced at $12.99.

Love will now look to secure a second ring. That coveted Super Bowl ring.

He’ll be back in Green Bay for the start of training camp Wednesday, July 23, as preparations for his third year as the Packers’ starting quarterback and sixth overall in Green Bay ramp up.

Love will also aim for a more healthy and consistent season after battling through injuries and his own ups and downs on the field. The Packers made the playoffs for a second straight year with Love under center but they struggled against the top-tier teams all season and, as the seventh seed, were eliminated in the wild-card round by the eventual Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

The Packers’ first preseason game is on Saturday, Aug. 9, against the New York Jets at Lambeau Field with the regular season beginning Sunday, Sept. 7. The Packers welcome the two-time reigning NFC North champion Detroit Lions to Lambeau Field for the opener.
