With the 170th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected cornerback Jordan Hancock from Ohio State. This is the second corner the Bills have taken this weekend, as Hancock joins Buffalo’s first-round choice, Maxwell Hairston, on the squad.

Hancock was a four-year player for the Buckeyes, playing in 42 games throughout his NCAA career. He totaled 98 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, 14 pass breakups, 3 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles in his college career. In the last two seasons, he played 29 games for the Buckeyes and was part of a defense that won the 2024 NCAA National Championship.

Hancock tested well at his Pro Day, running the 40-yard dash in 4.42 seconds and showcasing a 41.5” vertical leap. At 6’ and 195 pounds, Hancock gives the Bills some size in the defensive secondary, as well. Lance Zierlein at NFL Network notes that Hancock is a versatile player who can move all around the defensive secondary.

Buffalo has another fifth-round pick, No. 173 overall, as well as two sixth-round choices (No. 177 and No. 206) and a seventh-round choice (No. 240) remaining.
