The jobs could be won by rookies, a former Super Bowl MVP or draft busts banking on a change of scenery.

Four of the NFL’s 32 teams begin training camp this week looking for a starting quarterback.

No competition is more interesting than in Cleveland, where four names could be thrown in a hat and come out in any order: Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders.

The brash rookie Sanders could … be the most-talked-about fourth-stringer in NFL history … or win the starting job and a chance to make 31 teams look foolish for letting him slip to the fifth round … or anything in between.
