NFL running back and KC native Rachaad White returned to Kansas City to give back to his community. White, who plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, held a special day of mentorship and community celebration at Center High School, his alma mater. White said he wants to promote healthy living and positive role models for kids in Kansas City. “Understanding that someone was able to do something positive with their life and to be able to come back and just give them that vision, give them that hope is huge,” White said.Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas joined White at the event. He says he’s happy teens got the chance to enjoy the camp.
