The Cardinals had a new name appear to the injury report, but it is a welcoming sign. Rookie Elijah Jones had his 21-day practice window opened on Thursday. In his first practice since he went down with a heel injury in the preseason finale, Jones (ankle), was listed as limited.

“I just try to stay patient,” Jones said. “Whenever my time comes, it comes.”

Fellow rookie Darius Robinson (calf) continues to practice in a limited role. For the second consecutive practice, defensive lineman Dante Stills (back) shared the same designation.

Cornerback Kei’Trel Clark and defensive lineman Naquan Jones appeared on the injury report for the first time on Wednesday as limited participants. Clark’s dealing with an illness while Jones nurses an elbow injury.

Right tackle Kelvin Beachum also returned to practice after a rest day.

Seahawks defensive end Leonard Williams (foot) did not practice for the second day in a row. He was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his Week 13 performance.
