Tyreek Hill has been mossed again.
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver has once again gone viral for losing a 1v1 match up against a 12-year-old at his Soul Runner Youth Football Camp.

In a clip taken from a live stream on his Twitch, the 31-year-old can be seen getting juked on a route by the kid before contesting the ball in the air and coming out on the winning side of the battle, as he mossed – the name given to a receiver making a spectacular catch, named after Hall of Famer Randy Moss – the Super Bowl LIV champion.
The kid could then be seen trolling Hill, pointing down at the stricken NFL star – who was left in a heap on the floor – as he ran to the endzone.
Though it looked like he got cooked on the play, fans were not buying that the youth camp participant could actually pull that move off against ‘Cheetah’ if the NFL star was really trying.
Instead, the majority of people who took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment felt the whole display was to build confidence into the kids who attend his camps.
“Looks like he’s having a good time at a camp and making sure the kids have fun,” one user wrote.
“Again, Tyreek is in the top 1% of the top 1% of the top 1% in terms of athleticism. Cool of him to build the kids’ confidence,” a third said.
This clip isn’t the first in which Hill has been mossed by a kid.
A clip that surfaced in 2020, via SportsCenter, showed a high schooler get up high to grab the ball away from Hill in mid-air.
On this occasion, though, it looked as though Hill was actually competitive – and very shocked – when contesting the play.
“The best thing ever is Tyreek’s reaction. It’s awesome to see a ‘Ok young man. Good play’ attitude. He has humility and that’s a solid trait,” one fan commented.

“Everybody making fun of Tyreek Hill here, anyone going to give that kid some credit? That was impressive,” a second wrote.
“He didnt just Moss him he kinda cooked him a lil bit too Tyreek was playing catch up for the first time in his life could he be losing a step???” a third fan questioned.
Since this clip surfaced, Hill has recorded 7,302 scrimmage yards, and 53 touchdowns from 517 receptions, averaging 85.2 receiving yards per game, not exactly the numbers of someone who looked as though they were ‘losing a step.’
However, he has been seen losing a sprint race to NFL Hall of Fame receiver Terrell Owens, who is 20 years his senior.
Traded from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Dolphins in 2022, Hill’s time in South Beach has been tethered at best.
After going for 1,700-plus yards in his first two seasons with Miami, Hill would go for just 959 yards in 2024 – his lowest production since an injury-ridden 2019 campaign.

His six touchdowns in 2024 was also his worst since his rookie season, in which he played 16 games, but started just once.
In the Dolphins’ final game of last season, Hill sent shockwaves around the NFL when he made the admission that he wanted to leave the team.
“I feel like at the end of the day, there’s a lot of things that I need to reassess about my career and just see what I need to do to continue to get better as a player, so I can continue to reach that thousand-yard mark,” Hill said in the locker room.
“This is my first time I haven’t been in the playoffs. I just got to do what’s best for me and my family.
“If that’s here or wherever the case may be. I’m finna open that door for myself. As I’m opening the door, I’m out bro.”
Since then, though he has made a surprising U-turn and said he wants to remain with the Dolphins organization, though his teammates are wary and have expressed that he has relationships to fix.
Hill is set to make $27.6 million next season, a figure which some don’t feel he has played up to. As such, there has been some talk of him potentially being cut by the organization.
Pro Football Network’s Jacob Infante has identified Hill as a cut candidate for Miami, though he feels that he makes much more sense as a trade asset, if the Dolphins can find a suitor who can take on his huge salary.
“For the record, Tyreek Hill makes much more sense as a trade option,” Infante wrote. “Not only would a player of his caliber reel in solid value in a trade, but the Miami Dolphins would save over $20 million more trading him rather than releasing him.

“Keeping Hill here doesn’t make him a cut candidate, but rather a “player who could be on the move” candidate. Hill was vocal near the end of last season that he wasn’t happy with the current state of the Dolphins’ organization.
“If those concerns remain strong, he could try to push himself out like Jalen Ramsey did.
Ramsey forced his way out of South Beach and wound up being the focal point of a blockbuster trade with their AFC rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers, as they go all-in on winning with aging quarterback, Aaron Rodgers.
Whether Hill will look to do the same as his former teammate still remains to be seen.
