With the NFL Draft winding down, the Cincinnati Bengals’ focus will now turn toward making undrafted free agent signings.
While the vast majority of the focus is on the drafted players, there are plenty of undrafted free agents who contribute heavily throughout the NFL.
For the Bengals, current and recent players who were formerly UDFAs include cornerback Mike Hilton, linebacker Maema Njongmeta, punter Ryan Rehkow, long snapper Cal Adomitis, linebacker Joe Bachie, cornerback Jalen Davis, and quarterback Jake Browning, among others.
The news on undrafted free agents will be coming in fast because there is no longer a draft order. It’s a free-for-all!
Just because a player is reportedly joining a team doesn’t make it official, as several players will agree to join one team only to switch to another. These contracts likely won’t be signed until Monday.
