Pittsford, N.Y. (WHAM) — Buffalo Bills fans are no strangers to extreme weather conditions like Thursday’s sunshine and heat.
Fans traveled near and far to catch a glimpse of their favorite team.
“We’re from Jacksonville, Florida, so this feels like air conditioning to us,” said Cory Sparks.
For Tessa McGrath and her sister, Allie, it was their first time attending a Bills practice.
“I’m really excited to maybe meet the players and see them play,” Tessa said.

The direct summer sun beating down on St. John Fisher University did not stop anyone from showing love to their favorite players.
Matt McGillicuddy was on Fisher’s campus with friends.
“Just getting out and watching football again feels good to get the summer itch out and get ready for the season,” he said.
Across the campus, people had different ways of keeping cool.
“We got water, already went through about four or five of them, but that’s the best we can do, put some sunscreen on and buy a bucket hat,” he said.
John Freiberger shared he’s been to several practices and knows how to stay cool.
“We got the Wegmans cooling towel, hat and lightweight jersey,” he said.
Food trucks and water stations were scattered across the campus.
“Yeah, maybe I plan on taking breaks,” Allie said.
“There are these water stations somewhere over there, and there’s water,” Tessa said. “We also bought water, so I think we’re good.”
