Bengals Joe Burrow talks about the difference between training camp and preseason games

Bengals Joe Burrow talks about the difference between training camp and preseason games after their first training camp practice on Wednesday July 23, 2025.

Free-agent tight end Noah Fant completed a visit Thursday with the Cincinnati Bengals, and Jordan Schultz reported via Twitter/X that it was described as positive, with both sides planning to stay in touch.

Fant, released July 20 by the Seattle Seahawks, visited the New Orleans Saints on Friday. Schultz added that Fant is continuing to explore a multitude of options.

Schultz reported earlier that multiple teams have expressed interest in Fant, with Cincinnati as his first visit.

“At the end of the day, he knows what we have here,” Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase said of Fant.

Fant, a first-round pick of the Denver Broncos in the 2019 NFL draft, played three seasons for the Broncos and three for the Seahawks.

Asked why the Seahawks released Fant, head coach Mike Macdonald said, “I’m not going to tell you exactly why. There’s multiple reasons.”

Fant had 48 catches for 500 receiving yards with a touchdown in 14 games in 2024. He has 300 receptions for 3,305 receiving yards with 15 TDs over six NFL seasons.
