The Washington Commanders are back in Ashburn for the fourth day of training camp practices. Head coach Dan Quinn spoke to the media before practice and announced that WR Terry McLaurin has reported to camp, but he would be place on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform(PUP) List due to an ankle injury. Terry’s hold out turns into a hold in, but now he isn’t get fined and he can rehab with team trainers. There is still no contract resolution, but this was a positive step. There were signs for McLaurin, and a loud TERRY! TERRY! TERRY! chant broke out.
The fans were at camp for the first time today, and they got to see Mike Sainristil get a pick-6 on a tipped ball from Jayden Daniels. This is the second interception in the last two practices for Sainristil, and the fourth interception for Daniels. There were several battles between young players to keep an eye on today, and Bill continues to impress at RB. Jaylin Lane had the catch of camp so far.
Terry McLaurin made an appearance after practice, and signed autographs for fans.
