An undrafted free agent (UDFA) from the Georgia Bulldogs has a good chance at making an NFL roster. Former Georgia Bulldog Nazir Stackhouse was named, by Bleacher Report, as the Green Bay Packers‘ most likely UDFA to make their NFL roster.
Stackhouse has a defined role with the Green Bay Packers. With T.J. Slaton leaving in free agency, the Packers were looking for a true nose tackle that has two-gap ability and can eat up space down the middle as a run-stuffer. Nobody really fits that role right now, with guys like Devonte Wyatt, Karl Brooks and Colby Wooden being used to shoot the gaps and Kenny Clark not being the player he once was.

Stackhouse gets the bonus of chemistry with his defensive unit too. The Packers just drafted Stackhouse’s former teammate Warren Brinson in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL draft, and their defense includes former Georgia Bulldog teammates Devonte Wyatt, Quay Walker, and Javon Bullard.
Overall, fans of Georgia want to see many of their Bulldogs develop into NFL talent, and even as a UDFA, Stackhouse has a clear path to doing that.
The Packers have eight former Georgia Bulldogs on their roster, which is the most (tied with the Philadelphia Eagles) of any team in the NFL.
