ASHWAUBENON (WLUK) — A Green Bay Packers-organized football camp is giving girls a shot at the gridiron.

The team is hosting two free girls flag football camps for female high school athletes on Friday, Aug. 8 on the Titletown Football Field, just west of Lambeau Field.

The three-hour camps include two on-field sessions, with participants learning offensive and defensive techniques such as passing, route running and flag pulling. Attendees will also break down film of girls flag football games and engage in character development lessons with coaches from the Jeff Trickey QB Technique/Leadership Camps.

You can register for one of two time slots:

9 a.m. to Noon1 to 4 p.m.

Upon registration, the parent/guardian will receive a confirmation email that contains a waiver. Waivers must be completed prior to participation. Registration is first-come, first-served, and will close once maximum capacity is reached.
