Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis has started 21 games heading into the third year of his NFL career. He started nine games as an NFL rookie in 2023 before starting 12 games for the Titans last year.

Unfortunately, Levis, who entered the season hoping to start in place of No. 1 overall NFL Draft pick Cameron Ward, has succumbed to a gruesome injury that has hindered the signal caller for some time.

Via his Instagram story, highlighted by sports analyst Don Kleiman on X, Levis revealed his seriously-deformed clavicle, which has morphed into a hard knot.

“Last night with this lil guy,” Levis captioned the photo on Monday.

Levis will undergo season-ending surgery on Tuesday, according to the Tennessee Titans.

The injury, which is to his throwing shoulder, was sustained early in the 2024 season and was further aggravated later in the year.

Levis has dealt with discomfort and chose to have surgery to address the issue and focus on his long-term health, according to the Titans. This news effectively ends any quarterback competition for the Titans’ starting role, as the rookie, Ward, barring unforeseen injury, will be the starter.
