The Eagles on Tuesday made a couple of roster moves.

They signed WR Ife Adeyi and in a corresponding move waived/injured receiver Danny Gray, who has missed the last two practices with a finger injury.

If Gray clears waivers, he will revert to the Eagles’ Injured Reserve list. Gray and rookie safety Andrew Mukuba collided late in practice on Saturday and both missed Monday and Tuesday. Gray was on the field as a spectator Tuesday morning.

Gray, 26, was a former 49ers third-round pick with blazing speed and was an intriguing name coming into camp. But the injury was keeping him off the field and the Eagles have also been down DeVonta Smith (back tightness) the last two days, so they likely wanted another healthy receiver.

Adeyi was with the Eagles on a tryout basis this spring and was signed for exactly one day in June before the Eagles claimed RB Keilan Robinson off waivers from the Jaguars on June 6 and waived him to make room.

Adeyi (5-10, 175) went undrafted out of Sam Houston State after the 2024 season. With Sam Houston State, Adeyi played in 54 games and had 164 catches for 2,312 yards and 19 touchdowns. He also had 36 carries for 306 yards and 4 touchdowns and returned punts and kicks.

The Eagles had their fifth practice of training camp on Tuesday morning. They will have a walkthrough on Wednesday but will be back on the practice field Thursday and Friday.
