With all the offseason focus on the Cleveland Browns’ offense (mainly quarterback), it’s almost become an afterthought that they have one of the game’s best players on the other side of the ball in Myles Garrett.
There were seven total players that made the list, with Garrett being the only defender (2 QBS, 2 WRS, 1 RB, 1OT). He won Defensive Player of the Year in 2023 , and has wreaked havoc on opposing quarterbacks his entire 8-year career, which includes four first team all-pros as well.

His 2024 statistics were great on paper, but he was hampered by a shoulder injury that slowed him down the back half of the year. Garrett refused to miss games, but certainly saw his snap count diminish.
In early 2025, Garrett came out and demanded a trade, and then just weeks later, signed a four-year contract extension that was the richest non-quarterback deal in NFL history.
