PROVO, Utah – A new BYU football roster is a tradition unlike any other to open fall camp.

BYU opened fall camp on Wednesday, and with that kick-off to the season, the Cougars unveiled their 2025 camp roster.

During spring practices in March, a major storyline in college football was that programs had to trim their rosters to 105 players.

However, after Judge Claudia Wilken required the NCAA and the power conferences not to cut walk-ons, the House v. NCAA settlement allowed all programs to go above the 105 threshold.

BYU opened up fall camp with 115 players.
