Dak Prescott has experienced plenty of professional and personal growth throughout his 10 years with the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys quarterback recently explained how his growing family has helped him find balance on and off the field. Prescott told Joe Trahan of WFAA (Channel 8) that his fiancée and two daughters help him feel fulfilled.

“When you come home, you can’t think about practice anymore when you’ve got a 17-month-old wanting your attention. Wanting to play. Wanting to go swim. Whatever it may be,” Prescott said. “Or [Sarah Jane] may need some help and it’s just feeding one of them.

“My hands are full and I’m super, super thankful for that because in that moment, the only thing that matters is making sure she has her peace and taking one of the girls off her hands.”

While Prescott has been busy at Cowboys training camp, the quarterback hasn’t sacrificed time with his family. The signal caller was joined by his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, and two daughters on the field after the team’s first camp practice in Oxnard.

The couple’s first daughter, MJ, was born in February of 2024. Their second daughter, Aurora Rayne, was born May 22. Prescott and Ramos revealed they were engaged in October during the Cowboys’ bye week last season.

Prescott was asked if he and Ramos planned to add to their family at any point in the near future.

“We’re going to get married. Then after that, as I said, God willing, we’re not going to stop anything,” Prescott said. “We’re blessed. We’ve got the resources to do it. So, keep going.”
