CBS Sports will add a second former Titans defensive back to its broadcasting crew for the 2025 season.

The network announced this week that Logan Ryan, who played three seasons for the Titans (2017-19), will be in the broadcast booth as an analyst for select games.

The 34-year-old Ryan retired from the NFL in April 2024 after playing the previous season in San Francisco, helping the 49ers reach Super Bowl LVIII against Kansas City.

“BIG NEWS!!”  Ryan wrote on `X.’ “1 year removed from the field, now I’m in the booth calling NFL games for @NFLonCBS … Dream job in Year 2 … CBS is giving me the shot to bring a fresh perspective to the game we all know & love. Kickoff can’t come soon enough! Tune in, it’s good for ratings.”

Signed by the Titans as a free agent in 2017, Ryan played a key role in helping Tennessee post three straight winning seasons, twice qualifying for the playoffs. In those three years, Ryan started 45 games, totaling 251 tackles, four interceptions, 37 passes defensed, five forced fumbles and 8.5 sacks.

In the Titans’ run to the AFC Championship game in 2019, Ryan intercepted New England’s Tom Brady in the closing seconds and returned the pick for a score, clinching Tennessee’s upset win over the Patriots.

Ryan will become a CBS teammate of former Titans cornerback Jason McCourty, who played eight years with Tennessee (2009-16).

McCourty played 13 years in the NFL overall, earning a Super Bowl ring with New England while playing with his twin brother, Devin, in 2018. He began calling NFL games in 2023.

McCourty’s broadcast team partners this season will be Andrew Catalon, Charles Davis and AJ Ross.

Davis brings another Tennessee tie to the booth, as the Elizabethton, Tennessee, native played for the Vols from 1982-86.
