Tiki Barber is joining the New York Giants radio broadcast team, it was announced last week.

The former Giants running back’s move came the same day Barber was left off CBS’ broadcast roster for the upcoming season.

“I am really excited to be joining the Giants gameday radio broadcast team on WFAN,” Barber said in a release. “This organization has meant so much to me professionally and personally,” said Barber, who was recently named among the top 100 Giants of all time.

“The Giants have a long history of legendary broadcasters, and Wellington Mara always told them to call it like they see it because our fans know better. I look forward to providing analysis and insight that Giants fans appreciate.”

The 50-year-old Barber, a three-time Pro Bowler, served as an “NFL on CBS” game analyst since 2019.

He has been a WFAN afternoon co-host on “Evan & Tiki” since 2022 and will now join Giants.com’s John Schmeelk as the new pre-and postgame co-host for Giants game-day broadcasts, WFAN and the Giants announced Wednesday.

There was no reason given as to why Barber wasn’t retained by CBS.
