A New Mexico native will get a chance to realize his dreams of playing in the NFL.Bryce Cabeldue was selected with the 192nd overall pick by the Seattle Seahawks. Cabeldue, who is from Clovis, was an All-Big 12 honorable mention this past season at Kansas.The 6-foot-6, 315-pound offensive lineman is expected to help power the Seahawks’ rushing game, after helping the Jayhawks’ rushing attack average 211 yards per game last year. He was a four-year starter at KU. Cabeldue turned heads at the Big 12 Pro Day last month. He played the offensive tackle position last year at KU, but is projected to play offensive guard in the NFL.
