Diggs is returning to Tennessee, where he logged 42 tackles (35 solo) across eight games last season before a foot injury landed him on injured reserve in November. Now healthy, the 32-year-old could serve as the team’s backup free safety behind Xavier Woods during the upcoming campaign.
