Ashton Jeanty is set to spend big after signing his rookie contract.

The running back is preparing for his first season in the NFL with the Las Vegas Raiders, having entered the league as the sixth pick of the 2025 draft.

Jeanty, who shocked fans with insane basketball dunks pre-draft, inked a four-year, $35.9 million deal upon arrival in Sin City, and bagged a signing bonus worth just under $22.75 million.

His representation told outlets back in May that the deal was fully guaranteed and matches the NFL assigned max value of the draft slot for the sixth overall pick.

The lucrative rookie contract makes the 21-year-old the second-highest paid RB in the league in terms of guaranteed money, even though he’s yet to play a single down.

But inexperience won’t stop Jeanty from splashing the cash — especially after he was tipped to change the culture for the Black and Silver.

This week, a clip has surfaced on social media that showed the rookie house-hunting with realtor Michele Sullivan in Nevada.

He was shown a number of mansions, and one that’s on the market for $15.5 million really caught his eye.

The brand-new, 9,000 square-foot property boasts multiple bedrooms, stunning bathrooms, a huge pool, a private gaming room, a special bar area and an incredible 18-car garage.

“I just love how open the space is, you can host people, have lots of family and friends over, ” Jeanty said, when asked what really stood out to him.

The running back was then shown a second property, which is located in the same neighborhood that Raiders owner Mark Davis lives in, and is on the market for $12.5 million.

It also boasted some incredible features, including walk-in wardrobes, unique artwork and a huge games room.

The home was built with ‘real platinum and real gold’ throughout, and Jeanty was even shown a space to put the NFL Rookie of the Year award on display — if he wins it in his first season.

“If I were to win, I’d put it in this one right here,” he said, pointing to a specific display cabinet.

Jeanty went on to admit that he was unsure if the house he was viewing was ‘in his price range right now’ but added that touring it gave him more motivation to establish himself in the NFL.

“One of the things I always said, whenever I get a little bag — get a nice house — I’m going to use every single thing in it,” he said, admiring an incredible view of the hills.

“I’m going to make the most of my house.”

How is Jeanty performing in Raiders training camp?

While the rookie might be a little way off affording a mansion in Vegas right now, he will no doubt be dreaming of signing a big-money contract extension when the time is right.

But first, Jeanty will have to prove the Raiders were right to draft him so high, and it seems he’s doing just that.

In fact, he has already been tipped to have a ‘massive rookie year’.

“Ashton Jeanty’s come as advertised,” Sports Illustrated NFL insider Albert Breer wrote on August 2.

“His contact balance is rare, he can pull away from defenders, and his low-to-the-ground build makes him difficult for defenders to locate before he’s past them.

“The Raiders knew they were getting all that when they drafted him sixth. What the coaches were less aware of was how quickly Jeanty would be ready to roll in the passing game.

“Like most college backs, he wasn’t asked to do much in the way of pass protection at Boise State — and that’s something that can keep young guys at that position off the field early in their careers.

“Jeanty has quickly shown that won’t be a problem, and he’s looked really natural catching the ball too, which has created a lot of optimism that he’ll be a three-down player right out of the gate for the Raiders.

“I’d be surprised if he doesn’t have a massive rookie year.”

If Jeanty can explode as insiders have predicted, and establishes himself as a key part of the Raiders offense, it won’t be long until he’s handed the keys to a Vegas mansion of his own.
