MENOMONIE (WQOW) – The little details win football games.

Last season, that was not a strength for the Menomonie Mustangs.

The Mustangs were not sharp when it came to little details last season. Mike Sinz says his experienced roster has to improve in that category this year.


Following a 5-5 season in 2024, Mike Sinz and his squad know the fine details have to be better this fall. 

Menomonie features a boast of experienced upperclassmen – nearly 60 seniors and juniors. The tight-knit group is trying to do things the right way to reach their goals.

The Mustangs will scrimmage in Edgar next Friday before hosting Eau Claire North in the season opener on Thursday, August 21, at Don and Nona Williams Stadium.
