Shedeur Sanders’ NFL debut isn’t as highly anticipated as we all thought.
The Cleveland Browns are preparing to take on the Carolina Panthers on Friday, in a game that Sanders will start.

But if ticket prices are anything to go by, not many people care.
With fellow quarterbacks Kenny Pickett and Dillion Gabriel dealing with hamstring injuries, head coach Kevin Stefanski gave Sanders the nod to open the Browns’ preseason.
Veteran quarterback Joe Flacco, who holds the QB1 spot on the depth chart, won’t get any minutes.
The newly signed Tyler Huntley, who was in the Browns training camp last summer, will serve as Sanders’ backup for Friday.
Therefore, those eagerly waiting for Sanders’ NFL debut will see an awful lot of him against the Panthers, as he has the opportunity to make an impression on the Browns’ staff.
And if those same people wanted to see Sanders in action in person, there won’t be any difficulties in getting tickets.
Ticket prices for Shedeur Sanders’ debut are stunningly low
Friday’s contest, which takes place in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Bank of America stadium, has ticket prices starting as low as $8 on resale websites like VividSeats.
In fact, even the best seats in the house go up to just $130, with thousands of tickets still left on the site.
Preseason games notoriously don’t command the highest ticket prices, as many teams choose to avoid playing their biggest stars.
It’s still a significantly low price for a game that will likely capture the attention of many NFL fans online, who’ll be keeping an eye on Sanders.
Such prices have unsurprisingly seen fans take Sanders and the Browns on social media.

“Why is anyone shocked? Fifth-round picks have no star power,” one fan posted.
“Who is paying more than 5 bucks to watch the Browns D team?” another wrote.
Nonetheless, for Sanders, talk about ticket prices and how many fans are in the stadium will be the least of his worries.
On Monday, the rookie spoke to Cleveland 14 News about blocking out the noise.
“How do I block out the noise? I’ve always faced adversity since growing up,” Sanders said.
“Each level, it’s always been something. When you figure out how people come at you … life is a cycle, it keeps repeating over, over and over, then you understand what game this is or what they’re doing.

Shannon Sharpe eviscerates ‘clueless’ Browns after stunning Shedeur Sanders decision and baffling signing
“I can never feel less than. Nobody can ever make me mentally get out of position in the situation I’m in.
“I’m thankful for who I am, I’m thankful for who my Dad is, I’m thankful for my family. No one can make me feel bad about the blessings I do have.”
Sanders’ attitude has come across incredibly well amid his circumstances and fierce debate about him online.
Not least his slide in the draft, which saw him drafted in the fifth round in April’s selection, but also the fact that he has the least amount of reps with the Browns’ first team.
Cleveland star Myles Garrett backed his young teammate by praising his work ethic in a recent press conference.
“He’s light-hearted. He works hard. He takes it seriously, his craft,” Garett said.
“Looking forward to seeing him in these preseason games.”
