HOOVER, Ala. — The Spain Park Jaguars are gearing up for another promising football season after a remarkable 12-1 finish last year, which saw them reach the 6A quarterfinals. The team set a school record by scoring 476 points, a feat largely credited to their standout quarterback, Brock Bradley.
Bradley, who has committed to Clemson, is determined to lead his team to a state championship. “We want to win championships. That’s what fueled us in the offseason,” Bradley said. “We don’t have anything in the trophy case yet.”
Head Coach Tim Vakakes praised Bradley’s leadership qualities, acknowledging the quarterback’s drive and determination. “One of the best leaders on our team. He holds himself accountable,” Vakakes said. “We have our moments. Sometimes he gets pissed at me, me at him because he’s got a chip on his shoulder. All the great ones do.”
With Bradley at the helm, the Jaguars are focused on turning their aspirations into reality this season.
