Eagles Win First Pre-Season Opener

The Philadelphia Eagles defeated The Bengals 34-27. The Eagles led 24-10 at half time.

It was the first time that the Philadelphia Eagles have taken the field since their dominating 40-22 Super Bowl LIX masterclass over the previous two-time defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs.

The game was not as “close” as the score might indicate. The Eagles completely shutdown The Chiefs. The Chiefs scored almost all of their points during “garbage time.”

DeJean ran back a Patrick Mahomes “Pick 6” interception that broke The Super Bowl wide open.
