The trial in a sexual assault lawsuit against Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, which was set to begin Monday, has been delayed again.

The rescheduling marks the third time the case has been delayed since an initial trial date was set for March 18, 2024. The trial was later pushed to March 3, 2025, before being delayed to Monday.

The trial date was pushed again by mutual agreement of both parties, according to an administrator in the 160th District Court in Dallas County, where the case is being tried.

A pre-trial hearing set for Thursday of this past week also had been canceled.
